How to Sync SharePoint Documents to your Local Computer When you're adding to a group you'll receive an email similar to the one shown below. Scroll down to the link that says "Keep things together" and click on it. The link will open the group's files in Outlook Web Access. Choose the "Sync" button. In Outlook Web Access, a message that says "We're syncing your files" will appear, then OneDrive will pop up and ask which folders you want to sync. Choose the desired folders or leave all folders checked and hit "Start sync". This notification will appear. Finally, the site's folders will sync to your local File Explorer. In File Explorer, the site folder will be located under a logo that has a workplace logo and the appropriate site will be located under there.
